A charming Victorian brooch of delicately worked 12k gold studded with garnets and pearls. The piece is well balanced with a graceful geometry. The lacy openwork center is set horizontally with three tiny garnets. Half pearls cluster around the pretty pink stones. Engraved flowers and a single pearl embellish each end of the piece. The brooch fastens with a secure rollover clasp. It will look a treat worn on a collar, scarf, or cravat. Circa 1860.

Details: The brooch measures 2.03" by .62". In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it a part of their charm.
